Minimum order within Australia and New Zealand is AU $100 (before GST for Australia).
Orders under AU $100 will be subject to a AU $10.00 handling charge.

All goods remain the property of Brown Paper Packaging Pty Ltd until payment is received in full. Should a customer default on payment of goods already delivered / collected or any other monies owing, Brown Paper Packaging Pty Ltd retains the right of its employees and or agent to enter the premises
where goods may be stored to repossess the goods.

Credit Applications must be completed in full (with all appropriate areas signed).
A letter of acceptance will be sent if your application is approved.
Trading terms offered may be strictly 14 or 30 days net from date of invoice and are subject to Brown Paper Packaging Pty Ltd choosing the most appropriate terms to allocate.
Brown Paper Packaging Pty Ltd may at any time without warnning withhold any further orders and or cancel / suspend or close your credit account if your account payments are consitently late, or the account has been inactive for more then 2 years.
If an existing business / shop owner opens another trading outlet then a separate credit application is required for each outlet, even if operating under the same trading name, and even if owned by the same owner.
Any change in business ownership needs to be advised in writing and the account will automatically be closed.
New owners will be placed on proforma (and remain on proforma) until a new credit application is completed and approved by Brown Paper Packaging Pty Ltd.
We DO NOT issue monthly statements.
All goods remain the property of Brown Paper Packaging Pty Ltd until payment is received in full. top
All deliveries must be signed for at time of receiving the parcel(s).
All delivery consignment notes state the number of parcels you are to receive.
Prior to signing please confirm the correct number of parcels have arrived as listed on the freight company's delivery docket.
If parcels are missing or damaged, please mark comments on delivery docket
Should delivery be attempted and nobody is available to receive the goods resulting in the freight company choosing to redeliver the goods at a later date, then any extra delivery charges that Brown Paper Packaging Pty Ltd incurs will be on forwarded to you, the buyer. Please refer to FAQ #11
If you require your order(s) delivered to a home address, please advise our office at the time of placing your order, so instructions can be added to your delivery labels.
In addition, if your property (home or shop) is unattended and there is nobody available to accept the delivery, you must be prepared to potentially have your parcel left at the door and be aware that alternatively, at the discretion of the delivery driver not being able to access the property and/or not be in a position to leave the parcel on your property, the goods will be returned to our office, and you are likely to incur extra delivery charges.
If delivery is to a different company location, please advise the name of the office / company
the courier should look for when trying to deliver your order; and, if required, include the building name, floor number, suite number etc etc..
Of course we can also mark the order to your attention, on the label.
Should the goods not be signed for on receipt of delivery then neither Brown
Paper Packaging Pty Ltd or the freight company will accept responsibility for damage or loss of missing parcels. top
All claims must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Goods sold as stock clearance or on sale will not be accepted for return.
Any items returned must be in original condition.
Any goods accepted for return must be unused and in good re-saleable condition.
The cost of returning goods is at the expense of the buyer as is the cost of delivering new / revised
All goods returned including goods ordered incorrectly are subject to a 25% restocking fee (minimum $12).
Only upon final sighting by Brown Paper Packaging Pty Ltd of goods returned (noting the quantity and condition of the goods returned), will final return arrangements be made.
Claims for short deliveries and or damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
It is imperative that any missing or damaged parcels be noted on the
delivery docket so the delivery company is also advised in writing at time of delivery. top
The company appreciates notification as soon as possible should you not choose to proceed with the order / quote.
However should you the buyer and Brown Paper Packaging Pty Ltd have entered into an arrangement to have stock specially ordered and / or made then Brown Paper Packaging Pty Ltd is entitled to have all costs incurred, reimbursed and any stock purchased for the job to be reimbursed.
A 50% deposit is required for any special orders, prior to any production commencing. top
